GENERAL GUIDELINES for submissions include the following:

eBookReviews.net welcomes your review, synopsis, article, and interview submissions and queries. We request that you submit materials for consideration to: editors@ebookreviews.net

Please send text submissions (of any length) either as Word (.doc) or RTF (.rtf) attachments, or copied and pasted as Plain Text copied into the body of your e-mail. We will not attempt to open alternate formats.

All corresponding images should be sent as JPEG, GIF, or PSD files and should be editable in Photoshop to accommodate size requirements.

Before submitting, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with eBookReviews.net various categories. Place the title of the category to which you would like to submit (ex. “Travel & Leisure”) in the subject line of your e-mail. If you are uncertain as to which section your submission belongs, take an educated guess and the editors will determine thereafter if it belongs somewhere other than the section you selected. However, if you would like to submit something you believe does not fit in any of the sections but still compliments eBookReview.net’s mission, please type an alternate category name in the subject line of your email.

Though you may wish to provide background information about yourself, your previous credentials will have no bearing on whether or not your submission is accepted. (We believe quality writing or ideas can equally come from those who have experience publishing to those who are new to publishing.) You may, however, provide your Bio (including background information and links corresponding to your interests, work or place of business) to be published with your submission.

Because eBookReviews.net does not currently support a large staff, we reserve the right to respond only to inquiries for which time permits.  With that said, we will do our best to respond to everyone we can. Instead of sending questions or concerns as to how or what to submit, please send us what you have and we will consider it. Also, your ideas and words are more important to us than the format, style, etc. in which you submit them. Don’t concern yourself with font size, style, line spacing, etc., as we will not concern ourselves with the appearance of your submission.

Please note, eBookReviews.net respects your right to privacy and the privacy of the personal information you provide to us when submitting. To that end, any personal information you provide to eBookReviews.net will remain known only to you and eBookReviews.net, and will not be viewed, distributed, sold or otherwise disseminated to any third parties.

TERMS FOR SUBMITTING WORK
BY SUBMITTING TO eBookReviews.net (ebookreviews.net) YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS FOR SUBMITTING WORK:

1. You are not submitting anything that infringes on any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, trade secret, patent, or any other proprietary right. You guarantee that the submission is your own, and at present, does not belong to anyone other than yourself. You certify that you are not in any way illegally offering this submission, and that the submission is yours to offer, meaning it is not plagiarized or otherwise stolen from another web site or publication including, but not limited to, books, journals, magazines, and newspapers; and that everything contained within this submission is properly cited, fact checked and does not misuse any other sources.

2. You recognize that though ebookreviews.net does not retain exclusive rights to this submission, we reserve the right to maintain unlimited and unobstructed access to this submission for the lifetime of the Site: ebookreviews.net. If hereafter you sell the rights to this submission to a third party, the third party will be made aware of ebookreviews.net’s unlimited and unobstructed access to this submission, and said third party will recognize and agree that ebookreview.net is excluded from paying subsidiary rights or any additional fees associated with their purchase of the rights to this submission.

3. You recognize that ebookreviews.net reserves the right to use and alter this submission in any way we see fit, including, but not limited to: editing your submission, grouping your submission with any other submission(s), placing this submission in the section of our choice, publishing only part of this submission, and referring to or quoting from this submission elsewhere in the Site.

4. You recognize that by submitting information to or otherwise using any Service or Opportunity available to you on or through ebookreviews.net, you agree not to forward, attach, upload, post, or otherwise distribute or facilitate distribution of any materials, including text, communications, software, images, sounds, data, or other information that:

a. attacks an individual or group because of their gender, race, ethnicity, religious affiliations or sexual orientation; or that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy or publicity rights;  or otherwise violates ebookreviews.net’s Terms for Submitting Work or Terms of Service.

b. compromises or constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.

c. that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of any third party
